Feeling The Spirit

Dear readers,
Confession time: I wasn't in the best of moods earlier...I had gotten really upset over something on Facebook-yes Facebook.  After that I was convicted of the fact that maybe Satan was trying to get a foot in the door that way, so I deactivated my Facebook.  I don't want to allow him to even get a toenail in the door.  I am convinced that it was the Holy Spirit alerting me to this.  After I deactivated, I felt such a sense of relief.  Yes! One less thing to deal with.  So now, dear reader, I am blogging to you.  Always be on guard against the Enemy.  Don't give him too much power, but don't underestimate him.  He can sneak in when he thinks you're not looking, but always  be on the lookout.  Remember to praise Jesus through everything that happens to you and you won't go wrong.

In Christ,
  Carrie

Nehemiah 8:10-Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

What's in a name?

Hello dear readers.  I know the first question you will ask: Why Noonie?  Noonie is the nickname my wonderful grandfather bestowed on me.  He has only called me by name, Carrie, on a handful of occasions.  So, that is where my name for my blog has come from :)  More posts to come!

Carrie :D

Nehemiah 8:10

New International Version (NIV)
10 Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
